The Invitation

 Meditative art is a dynamic practice. You are encouraged to create art without any self-criticism.  Find real connection with  gentle guidance.  How can we bring our full attention to what we are doing in life?  How can we increase our awareness and sharpen our focus? Join a weekend workshop or weekly class, and create something to remember.  All you need to do is book some time for yourself  (and gather some basic art materials if you are attending online classes).

The Offer
We come together in deeply-rooted creativity!  
 Follow some easy and relaxing steps
towards this end.  

There are three seasonal courses -
In winter, we go inward and explore art in relationship to self.
In the spring, we explore art and belonging.
In the summer, it's all about art and our environment.
Saturday workshops run every four weeks.
  Short weekly courses last for 6 weeks.
