Cancellation Policy

The client or student remains responsible for their health, time-keeping and self-development, and for having any relevant materials and completing tasks. Younger students must have easy access to a responsible adult other than the tutor or coach throughout each session. The tutor is DBS-checked and will follow British procedures for safeguarding. Your privacy is valued and GDPR rules will be observed. Entry to all classes and workshops depends upon successful receipt of fees. If the tutor is unable to attend, the lesson will be rescheduled within the week of that class or within a month of the course finishing, except where there is a declaration of force majeure. 48 hours notice must be given for cancellations to individual classes for rescheduling or refunds, but any service charges incurred will not be returned. Course fees cannot be refunded within 1 week of the course beginning. Service charges will still be deducted from the original fee. The business takes no responsibility for any harm caused through content, although the owner will endeavour to share only suitable material. No shared materials may be subsequently sold or published without the clear agreement of the owner. By booking, your explicit agreement to these terms is understood to have been accepted.
